Again I am really behind in posts… I have kind of failed the January blogging challenge, so I will have to continue it through to February.

Tonight I am going to a local brewery to catch up with some friends that are moving to Europe in a few weeks. They sometimes look after my dogs so they will also be coming along.

I live in a pretty dog friendly area of Sydney but sometimes it gets interesting.. Here are some of things that happen when I take my dogs out with me:

• Little kids try to pick them up and pat them. It’s really sweet and scary at the same time. Are you going to be best friends? Are you going to break my dogs legs? It’s always a mystery
• People try to feed them random things – like hot chips, their left overs or even something they found on the floor. My dogs are well fed and not in need of more food but they always get extras when they go out
• Random people join our table of friends – yes, I used to sometimes do this pre-dog. There are those uncontrollable dog lovers out there that can not stand to be apart from a dog when it is in the same room.
• They annoy people – sometimes they jump on someone, or just want to be close to them, particularly if and when food is involved
